1. Once you have logged in, you can create your ICE+ profile and add your emergency contacts. Note that we value your privacy and will keep these details private.
   
   
2. You will then need to add the ICE+ Emergency number as a contact on your cell phone, and then assign a speed dial number to it.
   
   ICE+ emergency contact details:
   
   Firstname: ICE+
   Lastname: Panic Button
   Number: 087 5500 911
   
   
3. Please note we suggest using speed dial number 5 as this is located in the centre of your dialling numbers.
   
   Please note that the ICE+ emergency number is not saved automatically as a speed dial on your phone.
   
   
4. Please make sure that Caller ID is enabled on your cell phone. If Caller ID is blocked, we will not be able to identify your cell number in an emergency!
   
   
5. If you would like to test your set-up, without generating a panic alert, simply SMS to , from your cell phone.
   
   The SMS costs , and you and your emergency contacts will receive an SMS and e-mail, as if it were a panic alert.
